That girl is in a room off to the side in the nightclub. You can't do much more than talk to her.

The Mom gets it twice, but has to be drunk for them. Not repeatable yet I think. The character above is in Lucifer's club, at night.

I think it was monthly release if you count 12 updates since Feb 2020 so maybe the next one would came out 2-3 week later
