Buy Melatonin Gummies from the Convenient Store and add them while you are cooking dinner for the family during Evening period (there will be a choice menu).
To train Megan simply Call her by clicking on your bed and do all the stuff in the list at least once.

Maybe it works if starting a new game? Not sure...

whose really trying to start a new game? I used to be off that mindset, but then I realized depending on the game could be spending the equivalent of a short VN like 10 hours, so ya, no old saves or die game's good either way. xD

Same got error there. Other than that with old saves i could finish most of new events, but can't enter shelter even though i can click on it on the map and can't trigger stacy/megan threesome.
