I neither get a vibrator option when calling Megan over, nor when she's doing homework. Purchased it way prior to the quest too, tried deleting it via item_vibe = 0 and re-buying it .. didn't work either.
Also can't talk to Megan and Ami on friday night, as they are perpetually distracted.. (meanwhile I've had the Ami-Stacey 3some and all that jazz).
Given that the whole progression system seems like dodgy patchwork and shot as all hell (I had sex with Megan in the shower and about 150 days later I do all the 'call over' stuff and she gets shy because she - gasp! - wants to do it...
), I thiiink a lil patch or two would really do wonders..

You're probably right that the dev wanted to align with Patreon ToS.
I'm grateful for the patch, and don't want to sound ungrateful, but there are a couple things the patch could really use. The first is a rewrite of the intro. It's really difficult to make sense of the brother for the first time ever telling his family about his brother, and they way they talk/think about each other in that conversation; even the very beginning, when they first meet, doesn't strike one as a conversation between brothers.
The second is the About page on the main menu. Pretty minor, but it does indicate the relationships, and would be nice if it also got edited for the i-patch interpretation.
Anyway, still appreciate the patch. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, due to the way this game has been coded, making adjustments like that is tricky. At the moment, I’m using a single file to replace the text but since the game has its own kind of variable system, there’s no direct way to change specific parts. That’s why i’ve decided to wait til the game is almost done before uploading another mod that modifies the script files. This approach will let me fix all the grammar issues and make the specific adjustments for the patch at the same time. I’ve already started working on it, but keeping everything up to date with vs code every time is a hassle, so i’ve decided to hold off for now.

Just to clear things out because I don't exactly understand what you are asking here.
There are 3 paths you can follow in regards to Megan.
The Wholesome path in which you have relationship only with her,
the Friendly path in which you have relationship with all the female characters in game EXCEPT Megan (but you get to spy her out when she masturbates and later in game you can peep her and Ben with their consent) and
the Creep path where you engage pretty much everyone there is in game.
So you could have a sense of overlapping paths only IF you started the Wholesome path and then you changed your mind and went on Creep. But you can't do the other way around, I mean you can but it's completed screwed up and there's no sense doing it; and as far as I know there's no line or dialogue in game where MC confesses to Megan that he is screwing around every female he meets except for her own mother for which Megan gets angry at him.
So to answer your question, if you have already started with Creep path, you will have to play again from the start both Wholesome and Friendly paths, but I think you can use the quick start option for both paths.
For the sleepover quest, you will have to talk and chat with the girls every Friday both on evening and night (if there's option for it). Basically when you see Amy in Megan's bedroom engage in every activity you can until something new is added in which case you engage the new stuff each time. It takes time to happen, but it does happen even if you think that it doesn't.

If I remember correctly first she must catch you groping Susan, then you have a conversation (in office) from which you will have to buy a make up set from the mall and you give it to her in her apartment. Then just follow Calvin's lead.
