The game is absolutely great, it’s just even in 2.7. The strip club scenes are still broken. I have no idea what new content to look for, and it’s just too goddamn difficult to get a repeat scene, ever since the Susan Barr DP scene I’ve been unable to get it again, There needs to be an option in the beginning of certain scenes that triggers further scenes, like when Susan blowing you in the bar, you get an option to choose if someone shows up, and towards the end of that scene, if somebody else shows up. You should be able to choose Who shows up in the bar to trigger Susan and Megan’s blowjob/sex scenes. It’s just becoming incredibly difficult to repeat a certain scene if you want to see it again I skipped through three weeks of taking Susan out and was never able to get the spit roast scene again after the first time, also the scenes for Cunt lap dances with Megan and Susan are broken as well, and I don’t know how to buy charity or if that’s even possible in this new update again I have no idea what to look for.

You can keep track of the scenes that are added by looking in the changelog file. There is one inside the zip file that includes the whole game.
That is of course just for the added scenes. It doesn't explain how you will get those scenes. The only thing I can say, because I have been following this game for a long time now, is that certain scenes are connected with specific outfits (for example, in order to have Megan "service" Dean Hubris she needs to wear the Red lace outfit in her daily clothes) and since you can control what Susan wears through her wardrobe maybe, through trial and error you can see the spitroast scene again. Or you can go to the respective update version and check when the spitroast scene was introduced and check the then outfits assigned by the dev.

I know this game can be a frustration due to the excessive number of bugs, missing images and video sequences and game crashing errors and there isn't a bona fide walkthrough of how to do things in order to get the scenes or progress the main story (if there is any at this point).
The only thing I can help you all is by sharing a save for Creep path, which has all Megan's main quests done including the notorious Ami/Megan Sleepover, the Job quest and most if not all the sharing scenes. I do need to complete a lot of the University ones, and some of her pool ones (because due to bugs there was no way I could find her in any other swimsuit other than the playful bikini).
Most scenes of side characters are done except Tal's and Megan's in lecture class.
Also, Susan and Stacy are impregnated (by Calvin).
The save starts with Calvin in front of Chastity's house after her parents invited you for dinner. (In order to actually see the Chastity's house location on map, you will have to (be lucky) meet Chastity's mom, Gertrude, outside of the Clinic protesting about the abortions that take place in there.
Also, if you happen to visit the Clinic and you find Stacy there, don't click on her because it will result into an instant game crash.
Also, I have hired Stacy to clean Kevin's/Susan's house once per week (I think it is once per week) but I haven't seen the Kitchen scene yet.

Right. So in Saveeditor I managed to revert the strapon (Ami doesn't have it). Do You know how to revert Ami's 15 (pegging) and 18 (strapon on Stacy) scene? Or alternatively, how to enable Ami's and Megan Sleepover?

The save should give you the possibility to have all options for Megan's/Ami's sleepover. You don't need to enable it. Just be in your bedroom on Friday evening and night.
As for reverting stuff...um... I got no idea, sorry. I never used any kind of cheats or editors in this game because the damn thing was and is a bugfest anyway.
so like the megan stripper path can only be done if sharing in enabled? So to get all scenes it best to go down the share all path?

I think so, yeah. I don't think that developer would make separate scenes for just striping without touching (and "servicing").

I get what you saying about the wardrobe, although it was introduced as a feature in an earlier state of the game; it didn't have all these outfits back then, but still, it's a nice way to keep track of all the outfits in one place don't you think? I would like to be able to see a preview of them just as we can on sex shop and for them to not be bugged.
Also about the small cock... Well it's not small, we just have used to see all these humongous dicks in other games that makes that seem small. But I do agree that it is under developed somehow.

It's been a long time since I saw her first penetration but here some things you can do : Check her diary on her bed when she is not in her bedroom and used the "call Megan" command from your bed and do at least once all available options. Also talk to her while she is in front of TV and on her bed after.

The ex wife she is usually in the bar during evening period. Just go there every day and check. About the sleepover you need to build affection from both of them so talk to them and watch TV with them first during the evening period.
I cannot progress with susan in the mall. It only shows
at the top left of the screen.
