A few too many people were upset about lost saves from not thinking things like that through, so Inusuku added in the autosave for that very purpose in one of the large patches. Without mods or cheating, though, you get locked out of both endings once you get far enough in the story, so...
might be a dumb question but is there a guide anywhere? or at least more info?

It's a bug with the mod that'll be fixed in the next update.

Like Raf-Raf said. Also, it's an exclusive scene in the FFFox Mod, so you won't see it in the base game.

RNG is there so it might or might not trigger, you're probably on the unlucky side if it's not triggering.
Honest, if possibly foolish, question. Is there somewhere I can find the requirements for the good pregnant ending? Ie cash, trust, and interest levels? I checked the FAQ and other links on the first post but didn't find any details beyond it exists.
