The bad ending explicitly tells you that she dies. The good ending makes no mention of it and instead talks about how MC's life with his sister will continue for a long time to come. The game then explicitly calls it a happy ending. If the same thing happened then why would they a, not make any mention of it and b, call it a happy ending? Because there's no reason to assume she dies in that ending. It's a poorly informed fan theory that the happy ending is secretly a bad ending that's based on little more than the bad ending. Just tell the class that you got the bad ending and assumed that's the only way pregnancy goes. It wouldn't be explicitly called a happy ending if she died.
Well technically Inusuku called it a "goot end" (he typoed and wrote 「グットエンド」:KEK:). Based on the other lore, her life should still be in danger, but I don't think you're supposed to think about it that hard. You could spin your own explanation like passing your "vitality" into her has a similar effect to the mana transfer and would prolong her life, but it's not meant to be the canonical ending anyway so you can imagine it goes however you'd like it to.

Tbh I kinda just figured she parasitized her fetus's magic system to repair herself in it. Interesting that there was a typo in it but I still think that it was meant to be a happy ending given that it was contrasted by the explicitly bad one you get if your stats are too low.

Hey all, Sorry I haven't been around, after the election I was planning to sit down and start improving the translation (after a week's rest), sadly myself and Rachel both came down with a really nasty cold (I got it first, probably picked it up at the election count... too many busy weeks followed by downtime seems to have been enough for it to make things miserable), I'm only just starting to really shake it off now, but I think overall we are on the mend.

(Gotta love those good old Carry On films, INFAMY INFAMY, THEY'VE ALL GOT IT IN FOR ME!)

So, all thing's going well, I should be hopping back in the saddle in the next couple of days. In the meantime, plenty of fluids and rest.

Can we heal her once she gives birth?
Is it possible to leave Worldtree and return at a later time?

And yes, there's a high chance that everything could get worse because of her illness.
Could? Maybe. You don't get a chance to in the game, so you don't.

The game then explicitly calls it a happy ending. If the same thing happened then why would they a, not make any mention of it and b, call it a happy ending? I've never seen her be sicker than needing to tend to her, outside of instantly fucking her to death from perfect health because I'm a sex god with orgasm laced cum. That said, I understand Magic Cancer doesn't go away by ignoring it and focusing on Dababy. Plenty of so-called happy stories start with a mother who died before the protagonist knew them (though imagine what would happen if they found out their mother would still be alive if the father didn't push to have a baby before she was healthy enough for it, it's not like she had a say in it after all.) Just tell the class you'd rather kill your sister / lover than have a vasectomy

Game mechanically, she loses hp when she orgasms so it's likely the other way around. I'm not sure if anything is modified specifically by you cumming inside (other than pregnancy lmao) but there would be interesting insight if it could be figured out.

Do i need to patch this ?

Because, i realize when i bath with her there was no options at all, it just automatically skips the bath scene.

The last time i played (~1 year ago), there were options.

You've just forgotten how the game's progression works.

Kids these days... Too mollycoddled by autosave.

In this game, autosave triggers when you go to sleep, and that's if you're on a modern version of it.
But hey, at least this game doesn't take multiple screens to exit and tell you not to turn off your PC while the save icon is displayed.

...The Kagura version does have an obnoxious number of splash screens on start up, though.
