Are you using any mods? if yes, go to that mods thread and report the issue there.
If No, list some example or where it happens (which you did, thank you)

considering I didn't run into this issue myself, I'm leaning towards guessing it's a modded game, failing that it could be your system locale.

F12 does a soft reset back to the main menu.

There seems to be a mismatch between the game version you're running and the stand images you have (looks like DLC images trying to be displayed on the non-DLC version to me). Maybe try reinstalling the game.

Idk what's going on, but there's one thing I know. That icetea lemon guy is the same dude who constantly bitched and spammed the color mod thread until people got tired of him and a mod banned one of the alts. How do I know? Dude's in my ignored list and the only one in it.
