You have it backwards about the sterility. Completing the Great Adventure is a necessary part of the plot, the side effect of that being that Onii-chan goes sterile. The post-game story events (including the DLC) will not progress until it has been completed.

To molest your sister at night (any night period) you have to have 50+ lust. So if say you jacked off in the bath and didn't make the right choices afterwards you'd be SoL. As for going to town it's a part of the weekend activity menu under 'head out' -> 'Go/Head to town'.
Shade, might want to add the nightplay bit of info to the FAQ given how often it seems to be asked.

Yup, imagine what this thread would look like without the FAQ, it's bad enough with one.
I always thought people were (for the most part) able to work out basic things, or failing that, try to puzzle them out.
Sadly, considering how many people seem to be unable to work out how the search function of this site works, I have to re-estimate the average intelligence level of people visiting the site frequently.
I miss the days of gaming when we didn't have have forums, guides etc, just a person, the game and their brain, where sometimes we would try to work out how to advance, sometimes for days, or if we became truly desperate, we bought a gaming magazine that if we were lucky, might have a guide included.
people need to experiment and learn, something that sadly is becoming more and more rare as people have answers at their fingertips.

You complete the main story, you complete the grand adventure, you get access to the hot springs. Once you're in debt and have to work at the hot springs it's roughly a 60 day storyline.
