Think since Tsunade is a drunk, I really think a scene where she confuses Naruto for a dildo, or him swapping out with it would really work

No, a dev needs to be balanced and cater whenever possible. He doesn't want to go down the road Sumo did with his game -- where his vision clashed with the direction that his game wanted to go.No it wasn't, don't go getting easily influenced by every rando's 'suggestion' on here, that's what i would suggest if you want to stay sane on here.
