yes, I'm using old save. My game must be really bugged, because this lower bar doesn't work in my game, I don't have a shield and I can't equip shurikens, I literally have nothing to attack or defend

bro how do you use the rasengan, I press S and it does the animation but then the chakra counts down to 0 and nothing happens, and then it immedietly fills back up to 100 so try again, same thing

This save should have all the current content finished.
Please correct me if I'm wrong. But IIRC it's around an hour, maybe 30-45 mins if you speed run and use the cheats.
