I find music distracting, but I decided to have ambience instead. Maybe main menu music later.
OK, I thought something was wrong. Also, will they have voice when the characters talk? It showed their lips moving but no sounds. If you're going to have their lips move, you need to add voices in my opinion. I'm talking about the lawyer at the beginning.

Alright, the Dev used Ai for the Remake so it will get kicked out from my Game Collection. AI CG in any shape of form is just lazy, it's not ok. Hopefully the People on Patreon will punish this and cancel their payment.
What are you talking about , this is the correct use of AI .

Its not like then dev didnt put in render work. He enhanced it . A smart dev uses all tools available.

Now if only he'd tell me which AI

Image2Video is all over the scene right now. Couple of months ago it was HunYuan Video, now it's WAN.
Text2Video works too but is total random.

You can download "plug&play" workflows, simply add a starter image and the AI does everything.

The problem is just - same with "upscaling" renders - that the result looks visibly different from the original. Consistency is still impossible, and it's never gonna look like what you wanted.

(Basically the opposite of creating actual artwork)

No idea. But you can make AI animations easily with good results, if you have a really fast new PC and some patience to find the tools you need and get them working the way you want.

Just look at Civitai.com under "Models", everything in the charts is full of WAN video stuff right now. Tutorials are under "Articles", and you can search for WAN or HunYuan models and workflows directly in the filter settings. And these should then show you further requirements, like the workflows are only for ComfyUI.

I downloaded the old version and have to admit each of it's release had much more content per release than 2 releases since remaster.

May be they should have used the assets, tried to recreate the models and continued with the plot. The improved models etc could have been used in a new game.

The story in the remaster so far behind where the old one left off - it feels like there's nothing there even if something is

stanny , which AI did you for the animations ? Because the Animations is really good.

please share . I'd like to use it for my game too
kling ai, my process is to render two images as two frames (start and end). I then use AI to fill in the rest with a prompt and hope it doesn't deviate. Takes a few tries and is usually better with a sub. I, too, hate generated images, but this helps me animate without rendering for ages with DAZ. it's like having an animation team that doesn't follow my direction.

Thanks stanny , ignore what people say about AI . The way you used it created some of the best animation that most games can't match.

Only a fool would do something the hard way.

Edit: animating with daz is like pulling teeth , its a reason why most devs dont
