Why improve endlessly something that is completed and doesn't need to be improved, instead of releasing the promised sequel?

Thanks! And thanks for the support. I've been working on a script for a game called Our Fathers' Sins. I'll post a detailed description here in the next couple of weeks. We're still a few months away from any public release.
I think there are other games with very similar, if not the exact same title. may want to check for that.

Any idea how many more updates to this one there will be? I played the original released version but wanted to come back once you were done with the extra finishing touches, but don't want to ignore the updates in case it's the last one you do for it.

At least one more release. I'm pretty sure we were one of the first to release or announce with this title. We've been working on the game since 2020.

A Father's Sins
Sins of the Father

Edit: No implied context, just for your reference.
Thanks for finding these, this is what I was referencing when I mentioned to the dev there are other games with very close titles to the new game they are working on. :)

I thought there were more than these 2, but these are a good enough reference since I'm too lazy to go hunt for them, when the dev's could do so as needed. :)

Sins of the Father is actually a rip off (Title only) of a game from 1993 called "Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Father" which was actually an amazing adventure game when Sierra was killing it in PC games.

Thanks, I never knew that. I played a lot of Sierra games back then, and the old 'gold box' TSR games too.
