It does. They appear in the memories screen after you've unlocked them. You can get there from the main menu or the phone in-game.

Plate: Kitchen in cabinet left of the refrigerator
Cornstarch: Kitchen on shelf to the right of the refrigerator
Scoopula (Spoon): Garage on shelf to the right of the cabinets

stuck at opening safe. combined all 4codes in build app on phone. go to open safe and drag new hexadecimal code to safe lock and nothing happens. am I doing something wrong?

You need to convert the codes to Decimal. Use the blue (coding) textbook on the codes in your inventory.
