It does. They appear in the memories screen after you've unlocked them. You can get there from the main menu or the phone in-game.

stuck at opening safe. combined all 4codes in build app on phone. go to open safe and drag new hexadecimal code to safe lock and nothing happens. am I doing something wrong?
You need to convert the codes to Decimal. Use the blue (coding) textbook on the codes in your inventory.
I found the combination to the safe at the front door and both balconies, but I couldn't find the last combination.
