I have to agree with Atarian here. There is hardly any other game out there that can compete with "Lokis corruption"! I played it MANY hours and enjoyed it A LOT! I dont know how many ppl are behind this project or how much time the creator already put into it but yo: Its a masterpiece!!
The creator himself doesn't even want big money from u (check his patreon).
He releases public builds and we should be damn grateful for that.
Tbh Im a cheap ass motherfucker and when I commissioned art from artists I never did it on patreon. (Had a bad experience with an artist who got paid by me and waited more than 3 years to finish my piece. In the end I partly got a refund. The point is: The artist spent most of the time "pleasing his patrons" instead of finishing already paid pieces. So yea, I have my experience with patreon....which is why I dont like it. There are other reasons too, like porn artists sometimes get in trouble too or get banned but thats a different story. I do like the idea behind patreon tho so I give it that point!)
What Im tryna say here is that from a cheap ass to you all: CMON, at least dont post the newest version of his work here. Give him some credit for his work and let him release the newest version for his patrons only so he can actually get some followers who are willing to pay --->1$<---!!! He only asks for 1$, cmon guys >w<
as a matter of fact i payed for the verison, i played it so far and i agree with you and decided against it to pirate it to all of us, his work is something i haven't expericend with other games before, so DEV if you read this keep up the great work and i hope that you will never ask your self if it was worth it, because it was and is worth it, so i wish you the best

The number of people behind this project, is.... me.
Not entirely true tho but to a 99.83% degree. Two IRL friends have done one song each and a third IRL friend has done the base linework for a few enemies. Which were later redrawned and colored by me. This was early in the game development.
I'm really happy that you enjoyed the game!
I've set the paywall low because I think that anyone should be able to afford supporting if they wanted. And so that anyone could come and go as they pleased. Donations does not only motivate me to work on the game but they also cover some of my software and hardware costs that I'd otherwise have to fork out myself. And in time I might be in the green again.
I enjoy working on the game and the positive feedback. Working on this game has been terapeautic.
While I have had my run-in with patreon much like many adult content creators have.
I almost lost my patreon page due to enforcements of rules that wasn't implemented until 3 months later.
Yet I haven't found a platform working as well as patreon does. Nor has as many visitors.
Bah I don't know what I'm talking about anymore, I had 1 hour of sleep.

Maaaybe not financially but creating something that other
people enjoy has brought me from a dark place to a purple place(?).
Terapeutic is the word I guess. And I've learned alot along

One last post before nity nite.
So due to a huge rusch of people downloading the new public version.
Both the public and patreon versions hit the bandwidth roof.
I made a temporary solution by sharing the game on mega until bandwidth
issues resolves.
Ofcourse to prevent this frustration to repeat itself I might go for a paid service.
I'm leaning towards mediafire since it's suppose to have unlimited bandwidth.

seconded, is there a guide for the maze? I have payed the main game multiple times but have given up in frustration with maze on a number of times
