Not sure if it's still like this, but the forced horny status increase only triggers from the cutscene.
So watch the cutscene, leave the cave, and then immediately reenter and you can clear it without being forced to masturbate constantly (provided Eccma hasn't patched this out)

nope, I watched the cutscene, both of them (there are two quest you can complete here), went outside to hire mercenaries and when I came back the CC was still in effect (the mercenaries are not affected btw)
Id love to have it too man but it might be better to dm it than have it posted here since it seems to be shut down often
Is there any vanilla relationship in this game, or is it just grim shit? I ask so I have some motivation to save the poor girl

I don't know if you can call it vanilla, but I sort of feel like something will happen down the line with Elise. It'll be the furthest thing from romantic and will probably leave Lona scarred physically, mentally, and spiritually. But beggars can't be choosers.
Beyond that, while it's less of a romance and more of a big sister/little sister type relationship, Cocona is another character you can help get off the island.

I think it would be a good incentive to have a nice event in a sea of dark events. Let it be difficult as hell to achieve.

There's few somewhat likeable men, Lona can physically force herself on most of them, but no dialogue to acknowledge the fact or any form of relationship.
There's a chance for some strictly non-sexual sisterly skinship.
There's a way to get forced into marrying an inbred with mind of pre-school child and physicality of Henry VIII near his deathbed.
And there's Bobo.
The way I see things there's no fixing him, but perhaps there's a way for Lona to become something even worse that would put the damn brat in his place.

Interestingly, there's a blurb in the Healers trousers mentioning that they fit perfectly, implying that either Elise has the same hip size as Lona or that he made them specifically for her.
In this game, both are possibilities.

Just kill them all and don't worry about the morale loss. It will make sense when you're done.
Even if you manage to leave the dungeon without setting off the alarm timer, above ground will be full alert.
