If anyone cares, I achieved the necessary weakness to be grabbed rather than attacked by equipping Unkempt Long Hair and the Atoner's Pendant. I'm still unclear on what the exact threshold is and when it flips further into masturbation, but you definitely don't need the iron piercings which is convenient.

Certain hostile NPCs will want to rape Lona instead of attacking after she reaches a certain amount of Weak stat, 40+ Weak for Orkind and 50+ Weak for Bandit and some other hostile humanoid NPCs. Any items that increases this Weak stat is viable.

Black/Gold piercings are especially effective to reach higher numbers for both Weak/Sexy if you want to get the same reaction from non-hostile NPCs like certain civilians (60+Sexy/110+Weak for the customers inside Big Mama's tavern for example) and soldiers (100+Sexy/200+Weak). Though you wouldn't want them to always be on Lona's ass all the time so you'd want a way to freely control these stat, and it's by getting as close to the required stat numbers to trigger the sexual reaction as possible and place an item in one of the EX-slots that allows you to reduce Lona's Weak/Sexy to a number where those NPCs wouldn't want to rape her. There you have control over those non-hostile NPCs' sexual reaction by switching between 2 items. Here's a bit of demonstration on how it works:

There is just so much stuff you can do and the game is much more 'fair' than it appears initially, in the sense that the mechanics are certainly convoluted, but there's almost always something you could have done or learned or gotten good at to get a better outcome.

My thought exactly. Among every single games I've played (including non-H games), LonaRPG is some of the top ones I keep coming back to even after reaching more than 200+ hours in the game. It's honestly the most successful RPGMaker game I've ever played as far as how deep the gameplay mechanics go.

You can also push Lona's Weak a bit by making her drunk or feeding her raw meat until she gets sick.

I do hope that the big booba mod becomes part of the main game, seeing that you can already do some body modding at Elise's. I'd also like some more traits or at least the option to play hybrid builds, being locked into a mostly exclusive playstyle becomes rather limiting seeing as most of the progression currently is just number goes up. Going cleric/warrior priest or battle mage is something I always enjoy.

Fact is, modding is a thing, and there are already a few example mods, however I doubt that the dev will ever make take any mod and fuse it into the core game.

When it comes to some mods that are good and are already out, are:
The big booba mod (obviously)
The nun outfit mod that works with the aforementioned big booba mod (however it can't be taken off and therefore needs to be ripped off by enemies OR taken off via the forced removal cheat)
The RolePlay-S mod that adds in different level progression (and perks to go with them), weapons, magic (there is magic/apprentice armor, but it's not compatible with the big booba mod/a tit shows off to the side), mining/logging, quests

I think the mod manager was integrated into the game? Anyway, sure, I don't mean the dev should just take the mods as is and slap them into the game, more like integrating what the mods are doing. If the dev takes the idea from the big booba mod, i.e. implementing the option to get Lona a pair of bigger tiddies at Elise's that'd be great. The issue with mods is always compatability problems. If you're making new outfits or w/e most modders will use what's in the vanilla game, not to mention the big booba mod isn't updated for the most recent versions because plague doctor / healer outfit isn't there yet.

Like, how you mention the big booba mod, integrating that one on its own would cause issues - Would the dev just take the mod as-is and integrate it? Would he integrate it but change the art? Would he go, hire the modder and make it so that the modder would work on that part of the game? Would he completely ignore the mod and just implement the additional art + mechanics himself?

Because all of those options have their negatives, and would apply to virtually any other mod (increased workload on the game, the need to have more people if so OR more workload on one person, rights issues, selective implementation, questionable implementation, more workload on modders, etc.). Pretty much the same issues with Skyrim modding, where some mods are pretty much needed but don't get implemented, but then others get implemented despite not being wanted at all, or being implemented badly, or when implemented they are outright stolen from the modders themselves.

is there a mod H scene for modded characters? or maybe a mod for changing the Main Character to someone else example that noble knight girl in the tavern and be able to have the H scene with her? (forgot her name)

are you using older saves?
whenever the game vers updates, older saves become incompatible

if your using mods, you will need to troubleshoot 1 by 1
most mods are upto v0.9.8.1.3, iirc
not sure if they have been updated

I have extracted all the working mods placed it in a single folder just extract it and add it to mods folder

heya friend, I am the dude person who made the bangs replacer. do let me know the bug you're having and I'll see if I can iron those out. I know for a fact I didn't actually touch the H scenes sprites so if that is one of the issue, then my ass better get back to work lol.

also been editing the starting adventurer clothes for shits and giggles. should prolly ask the original creator of booba mod for perms

I suggest adding RolePlay-S to the mod list as well.
The last update it had was in April, but it still works.
The only issue is the fact that the one outfit it adds is incompatible with the big booba mod/a breast just shows through the outfit.

Because all of those options have their negatives, and would apply to virtually any other mod (increased workload on the game, the need to have more people if so OR more workload on one person, rights issues, selective implementation, questionable implementation, more workload on modders, etc.). There's a few options, most commonly when a mod is integrated into the vanilla game there's a few options, most commonly is probably the dev doing his own version of the mod so there's no issue with copyright or IP shenanigans. I mean, the option to give Lona bigger breasts via body modding at Elise's isn't that far fetched, especially because Elise already offers a host of such services, many much more outlandish than just increasing breast size. The 'only' things that would be needed are adding the option to Elise and creating new sprites for Lona and all the equipment that she can wear. Would increase the work load and I don't know how interested the dev is in this idea in the first place - however it could add some more depth to customizing Lona and make theorycrafting more interesting if boob size came along with some stat changes, like less speed but more sexyness and weakness, for instance.

It's mostly how Rimworld handles adding new content that's pretty close to some mods already existing. Of course you could also hire the modder as a contractor or pay him to have the rights to put the mod into your game more or less as is.
