I don't think anyone's mentioned it yet, but if you're looking for the Penis Tribe, it's still untranslated atm and there's not much to do there asides from taking an untranslated quest, chopping some trees down, and prostituting yourself for bugs, meat, and beer. But if you're curious about it anyways, here's how you get to it: Go south from Doom Fort and go east at the fork. At the first bend in the road, head south into the forest and you should see three tents just beyond a mountain range at the east.
Important Note: They seem to attack on sight unless you fulfill certain conditions, which are probably explained, but I can't read Chinese. If you go in naked, with just a weapon and secondary weapon, they'll probably leave you alone after some dialogue. Beware that unless you grabbed their quest (the second one posted in Doom Fort), they'll aggro you if you're wearing clothes. Grabbing the quest prompts them to ask you to strip. However, when I went in with prostitute gear, they aggro'd me without asking me to take it off. Also, if you start putting on clothes in the middle of camp or come back into the map with clothes on, they'll aggro you. If anyone could put together a more comprehensive guide on this, that would be awesome.
