Thanks for noticing. This was an intentional choice I set out for from the beginning of development. A lot of fantasy and sci-fi tends to get bogged down in proper nouns and worldbuilding that might not be strictly necessary for the story that's being told, and that was something I wanted to avoid for the sake of pacing. LLtP doesn't spend valuable time on the details of the wider world unless these are critical to the main story. Heck, we don't even get a name for the town in which the story takes place, and the capital city is simply referred to as "the capital". We don't get any insight into the politics of the setting beyond what is immediately important for the main characters. The actions of people not present in the story aren't even alluded to.this game strike a good balance between the story/lore/world building. Lots of the porn game with fantasy element love to shove down pages and pages of lore and background, and most people would just skip over it all together. The beginning and the first hours actually did well in grabbing my attention and make me actually invest in the story.
It's not how I'd write a novel, but it worked very well for LLtP.
