Version 0.19.0 will focus on Evelyn, her dark secret, and her romance path. It's going to be the most substantial update, in terms of the number of renders, since the project started. By a wide margin.

And this update is only for the ones who didn't push her out I presume?

guess I'll have to start a new game then, I just didn't want Thaddeus to have her, I got jealous and had to have her to myself

We can all blame @Augustus Commodus for pushing Evelyn out. In his initial walkthroughs, he was concerned with maximizing the amount of content you got to see, with no regard for the consequences of any actions. When it became apparent here that pushing your sister into having sex too early just to see the scene was a bad choice to make, lots of players had to replay that section to keep her around.

Unfortunately, @Augustus Commodus never clarified that choice in the walkthrough and has been missing for several months now and no one else has taken up the task of maintaining the walkthrough. @Belle does not create a walkthrough and has stated several times that there will not be an official version ever.

When I put out the updated version of the walkthrough I moved the scene with Evelyn to the end and noted to save before triggering it. That way you can have it for your gallery but still have a save to play after updates. But I imagine that will not be the only update that will get people to replay the game because of choices.

Your choices with him will also have ramifications now, like I have promised for quite a while. Basically, the more fun you let him have with Evelyn, the harder it will be for you to romance her.

I haven't seen anyone comment on it, but I just can't help myself from ending Belle's sex scenes with some kind of slapstick. It's become a running joke at this point.

Wow. That was quite the couple of updates. Wow. Well done, Belle (both). This update will forever hold a golden place in my heart. THIS was the update that I've been waiting for from the beginning. Thank you.

Despite my better judgement- I couldn't say no to Nell. A love that dare not be spoken- I gave it a voice. I mean, c'mon, it's Nell! I do love Primrose, but I love Nell as well...for completely different reasons. How could anyone say no to Nell's charm and beauty? Also, she said a couple things that made your heart hurt, the poor thing. I tried to resist, I really did. Turning down Nell is like asking me walk through an entire museum with my eyes closed after seeing the first exhibit. Primrose is lovely. Nell is lovely. Belle is loveliest of them all. It cannot be physically possible to deny any of the ladies in this game. Just. Not. Possible. (Okay, okay- the Crone...she's the one exception...for now.)

Again, excellent work Belle (both). This game truly sets the Golden Standard for what all of these other games should aspire to be. (Damn, they took away the "applause" emoji...)

I've been on this site for over a year and why am I just now finding "Long Live the Princess" ??? I LOVE this game. It is fun, sexy, and your actions actually mean something. I think it is well written and engrossing (hell, I was up to 3:00am playing the game this morning because I couldn't put it away).

I know I haven't played everything correctly and I am not yet done with the events. Please keep going and thank you for what you have produced already. Great job!

Well guess I should get started on a updated walkthrough to tell Thadius to go fuck himself the first time then. I was thinking about doing it anyway but it is gonna basically need to be a rewrite since so much stuff would have to be shuffled. I should probably make two versions one where that chain runs it's course (for the people that are into that) and one where you stop it at the first kiss.

Ok, it's not perfect but it should get you all the scenes or at least past a point if you are stuck. I updated this by trial and error as opposed to going through the source code so my updates to the walkthrough don't have the reasons why an action passed or failed.

A number of us have commented on it — it was honestly one of the funnier things I've ever seen in a game. It honestly made me LOL.

As for Evelyn and Thaddeus.... Hmm. Interesting. Thanks for the heads-up!

@Belle Well for me after 0.19 Thaddeus will have less fun...
I stand by my theory that we are the mage in the book Primrose told about. We foresaw the events and cast a spell that would reincarnate us with all the knowledge we have but since our mind can't take it as a new born we sealed it till the witch we saw in our prophesy triggered the removal of the seal...

I like the universe so much I think it would still be popular as a non H game too...

By the way since I started writing a script for my game I realised how hard it is to create characters with diverse personalities...
