I love this game. It's as close as you can come to playing an Oglaf.com comic.

Honestly, I came across this one by mere coincidence and, wow. I sometimes wonder why these adult games have the better storytelling than the mainstream chaff, but I think I know...
Sturgeon’s Law: ninety percent of everything is shit. For every game like this one, there are twenty about a son whose father is dead coming home to his mother and sisters after a long absence and yadda yadda.
Yeah, it's real refreshing to see a different take on it. And it'd still be a damn plus story even without the adult content, so that's another plus for it.
Give me a game where the MC's dad is just a chill guy you aren't trying to cuck out of his wife and just drops dad jokes on the regular to make you groan at his stupid shit, any day.

Absolutely fantastic story, stayed up to play until 4am! Definite thumbs up from me for the care and detail in this. All the girls were absolutely gorgeous and unique too.

Agility: Samarra is in the training grounds several mornings every week. If she's in the library instead, the game is waiting for you to go to the library and see her interrogating Primrose.
Incest: there are two versions of the game. In one, Evelyn is your sister (download for free from here or developer's Subscribestar). In the other, she is just a friend (download from developer's patreon for free). The only thing changed in the two versions is Evelyn's backstory and her dark secret (linked to the backstory).
In either version, you can just avoid romancing Evelyn if you prefer. You're not required to have sex with all the characters, although you do have to progress your relationship with each LI in town in order to win their charisma point award. (you must max out your charisma to win the game. You get one point for each relationship path you've advanced far enough to get the choice of romancing /becoming FWB with the character, regardless of whether you proceed to romance them or not). There's a book in the library that awards a charisma point, if you read it, you can skip one relationship path and still max out charisma.
Small incest related spoiler: at the very end of the game, there are two sisters who are lovers, but you don't have to get involved with them if you don't want to, and you can avoid seeing the extended scene of them together by not using the probe memory spell. This is the same for both versions of the game (the only incest removed from the patreon version is with Evelyn).
What do you do if primrose is already in jail and i dont have the clue for the old woman nor can i inevstigate the library or the alley

You should be able to reveal her secret even if she's in jail. You need to investigate the library all three ways, and talk to primrose (in our out of jail) about the library's doors and windows. Then go to Samarra and give her the three clues you've found to get a 4th clue. Once you have those 4 clues, visit Primrose (in or out of jail) and reveal her secret.

I finally game back to the game and beat it, my first review still stands 5/5 only issue was no rimjob and wish the ending had a little more story for the characters.
Great story, great characters and scenes though the walkthrough is a little tricky with the Nelle storyline.
PS the rimjob part is a running joke i have had since i been on this site, i do not rate games based on them not having it.
As always support the creators of games you like and ones who have a history of completing games.

I have watched a video about the epilogue in which everyone is pregnant, but unable to replicate it.

No. Just remove the MC's contraceptive spell (becomes possible at a certain point in the game). With it removed, having PIV sex with a LI and not pulling out, even one time, will *always* result in her being pregnant in the epilogue*. Playing so as to have sex with *all* impregnatable LI characters in one play through after removing the spell can be a bit of a scheduling challenge but it is entirely possible. There's an "allfather" achievement for impregnating every possible character in one play through.
Some characters cannot get pregnant - non-LI characters, Belle, and (in NG+) Sister Agnes. If there's someone you don't want to make pregnant, you always have the choice to pull out, with the exception of sex with royalty during the endgame.
*Minor complication: Samarra is the only LI in the game who uses her own contraception. She forgets to use it one time during the day (the second time you have sex with her), and of course she doesn't think she has to use it while she's sleeping.

The ending I'm looking for is EVERYONE pregnant.
