IF the player is not a plant from Barb's Bitches, Jaybird is getting out soon. Any slimy puke who left him to die in a cage needs to be buried in a fire ant mound. If not for Jay's pending release Candi would top my list of things to do but he is and she ain't.

Jay was the one that sent the letter saying he wasn't getting out due to something that happened in jail, there is no parole hearing anymore.

You can make a deal with Tori. On this path it is hinted that she may influence the Jay's parole hearing, so it could happen.

She may not make the law true and maybe the mayor is not able to pardon.
However OBD writes the game and OBD all but said she will make good on the promise.

Seriously, I can confirm. In fact, there is an in game note when you make the choice. If you choose the "scorned" path, Jaybird will die. If you choose to ally with Tori, Jaybird can get his parole (player choice).

I don't want to see Jaybird out till we have a chance to smash Candi. Getting a blowie is not the same as giving her a good creampie.

If you tag him in a post here, he will see it and reply. He's pretty good about answering questions, even when he's binging on the AVN. I know he is getting pretty close to a major release that will be (I think) the next to last episode before Chapter 2.

Sorry, man. Now that you corrected me I remember you talking about your service and being impressed. Forgive an old jarhead.
