but is MC not related to either of them? Then that's still incest not involving the MC, even if he still fucks them. Most people see the tag they expect the MC to fuck his mom, sister, aunt, cousin, grandma, or the male versions of those if there's a gay tag too rather than blood related side characters joining him for a threesome. That's probably why there's that heads up in the OP. I'm surprised Patreon hasn't banned this yet, since they don't care what kind of relatives are fucking or if the MC is involved or not (so might as well make them related to the MC anyway if one is going to risk that).
