IRL you would usually need weeks or months for that and can be very happy of you have two girls at the same time that know from each other and still be happy with you. Has you watched before porn? I assume it could be one of the follwoning:
  • Error code 408: you tried to install it the game on a teapot
  • You downloaded the previous version of the game
  • You downloaded the wrong version (eg. mac)
  • You downloaded the wrong game
  • You download is corrupt
  • You're not on the Rachael path even if you believe so (these aren't the paths your looking for)
  • You don't know how to extract the game from the archive
  • You don't know how to install the update to the previous version of the game
  • You don't have enough of space
  • You're using a OS that doesn't support the used Ren'Py version of the game
  • You shouldn't use a i386

A thing that happened to me, I installed the update patch, run the game, but for some reason, when I loaded the game, the game went from the "Save Your Game Here" screen to the disclaimer at the end and then back to title screen.

(A simple Page Up to back to the previous screen solved, but I think it's worth mentioning. Also happened in other VN's so it's not entirely on Long Road Home)

The Eu is quite good about helping people over come adversities and I salute them and their efforts for the criminally insane, like the 2 interjecting politics into a game. I, on the other hand, an American, would invite them to play chicken with a train. The dev is putting his efforts towards our entertainment. Enjoy the game and leave BOTH your MAGA and vagina hats at home.

When I download and extract the latest update, it just starts at the last save and ends. For context, I am at the end where the Yakuza woman just missed Ryker and the two Asian women you're with. I did not use any mods and I did not have to overwrite anything when extracting.

assuming you did everything correctly that should only happen if you are not on the Rachel path. Otherwise you most likely did something wrong.
