I dont know if the leaked version is the hotfixed one, if yes it should be relative bug free (if you dont use any mods).

If it's the hotfixed version it's pretty much a final Beta... Even most of the typos have been fixed. The "full" release in 2 - 4 weeks will have 3 (definitely) or possibly 4 additional scenes.

Yes, and part 4 is not the end of v10 either. Betting pool is open for the question if part 5 will be the end of v10.
