To be fair, i think that as long as those are choices, it's a good thing -- one of my favorite aspects of these games is having more than one rigid point of entry/ending for any given romance (something e.g. ORS does to crazy degree) So having option for MC to not be initially into Ann but change his mind down the road for whatever reason would be pretty cool, and allow for additional variants of the narrative.

I do like having choices... but in this case, we've already turned her down. Why are we still dealing with that crap?

I think the "ann hate" is a bit of inaccurate internal naming the game uses, bleeding out and influencing players' perceptions -- Ann doesn't actually hate MC in this path. They are just acquaintances and MC made it clear that he isn't interested in being anything but that or "friends". So it's hardly odd that two acquaintances rent a single room while travelling to the same destination, especially when that room has two beds so they can stay away from each other.

Even the dev said it was named poorly. The are basically friends (it's even briefly discussed in this last update).

What makes it worse on this path, is that he still tries shoving her down our throats with choices to compliment her (and earn relationship points). And I'm sure in the next update, we'll have to watch her whore around with the director or another "actor".

As I know gooml is just as familiar as I am with every inch of the path, it's a weird set up all together. On one hand, yes, they're just 'friends'. On the other hand, it's quite clear the narrator/art-director goes out of his way to taunt the player with what shes up to with Chris or whatever, it doesn't "feel" like a just-friends girl you rejected, it feels like a director's exercise in ntr/cuckoldry/voyeurism.

Having 2 friends traveling together may not be weird, but bringing guys back to fuck in that room definitely is. In reality; we both know how that would play out if they were truly 2 platonic friends - Ann would say "ill be back later tonight"....and pay someone else's room a visit.

I want a path where you can truly treat Ann like a girl you're not interested in....errr because I'm not. You can easily shut Jenny or Alex out, even Emily's interactions are kept pretty short if you cold shoulder her. Ann's in your face 24/7.

Like i said, because people can be fickle and change their minds. It's perfectly possible not to be into someone initially but have them grow on you over time. And the point where MC is made to decide whether they like Ann or not is very early in the story, where we hardly know anything about her.

Not to mention it's the same with Vanessa -- the game repeatedly gives you various options to fuck her without any care that you have potentially turned her down on more than one occasion. Do you also resent it for that, and wish any and all options of sex with Vanessa were removed as soon as the player tells her no at their first opportunity, because we've already turned her down? Personally, i think the game would be poorer for it.

That's indeed a rather interesting thing. As you said, it's often a single "point of entry" into a path, so this would be a refreshing novelty.

So yes, at some point earlier on, I'd like to be able to tell her to stop pestering me with her advances. Doesn't necessarily have to be on the first choice, but at least so we're not constantly prompted to do shit with her. I do not think choice like that would make the game poorer. Sure, people can be fickle.. and yes, people might change their minds... but not if they don't find someone attractive.

What I can't bear with in these NTR games is that it's sometimes just a matter of 1 click - whether LI goes full slut route or remain faithful.

Vanessa is one of the most realistic characters written in an AVN - without her, it'd just be an above average daz game with above average choice-making and renders. She's what makes LSS, LSS.

That's not to say I would mind some of her scenes getting cut short for more Alex, Emilly, and Jennay time!
