If I remember correctly, if you get that scene MC knows about Chris and probably the 3 of them did things together. In that scenario there is nothing wrong with her dating 2 guys, since it's consensual and everyone agrees to it.

However if you ask her to give up Chris and she agrees to it, she will still have sex with him in her dorm (don't know if this is avoidable on this route). IF MC is also cheating at this point, imo he isn't allowed to complain about it.

As of that point any scenes with Ann and Chris are fully avoidable. You get the option to not call him over for acting practice, you get the option to have Ann sit on the MC's lap instead of Chris's at the movie theatre. You can avoid every single on screen sexual interaction between Ann and Chris up until that point and he'll still be her second boyfriend. MC only knows she's calling Chris her other boyfriend because Vanessa tells the MC in the immediately preceding scene. Even if you did opt into every scene with him that doesn't make it consensual. There's a massive difference between consenting to your girl fooling around with someone while you watch and her dating someone behind your back without even telling you that.

As for the NTR scene with Chris in her dorm it requires NTR to be on, for control to be off, and for you to tell her to stop seeing him. It'd be cool if there were some actual variables it ran on to decide if Ann would reject Chris there or not but it's just about whether you turn control on.

It was the developer who decided to give us the option to NOT date Ann. The Ann hate path is or was very much a thing. Where you could previously pursue other girls instead, including trying to steal Vanessa from Joe.
This last update tossed all of that out of the window with the Ann and Alex threesome scene. You are given the choice of fuck Ann or end the whole thing, which is just fucking awkward at that point.

Yeah, at quite a few moments it seems that either the Ann Hate path was something the dev hastily put in for people who didn't want either solo her or shared/cheat path, or that he regrets putting it in/was out of ideas for that path.

I can't speak to the cinema thing. But with the other situation, I remember the MC saying he was going to wait to see if she brought it up. And he also later references internally when they sit and have the dating other girls talk. Then a bunch of shit happened so I can understand it not coming up. Update wasn't all that long. So I wouldn't be sounding the alarm bells just yet.... at least with that one.

I'm more so worried it will suck, whenever and whatever happens. Ann looks to be the star basketball player of this team. And seems to be immune to get shit talked. I mean her whole Chris route she was an absolute
