i believe dev said long ago it's after alpha and beta are released then comes steam but i could be wrong.

Alpha's will stay on Patreon, once the bugs are worked out, this will get pushed to Steam.

On mac you have to look inside the .app file lss.app/Contents/Resources/app/dist/static/js

The milf tag is really only for actual, sexual content. I don't think there was any for Vanessa's Mom until this update. So it can probably be added now.

It's a compressed javascript file, I'm honestly not surprised it detects it as a false positive... If you want to do the change yourself, open the original file and just do a search replace on seen:false to seen:true as that is literally the only change made.

It's a custom made javascript thing. There's unofficial RenPy port that you may be able to play, but it'll need to catch up with the current release first.
