It's the jacked dudes (I believe his name was Mario? Don't quote me on that) girlfriend. The guy who you go to his house with Vanessa and you can choose to fuck his girlfriend and/or let Vanessa have sex with him, or neither.
Seems like that's the rich guy's granddaughter. Hair length and color matches up with her from what I can tell. Underrated character. I'd like to see more of her.
My best guess would be that your hard drive is perhaps full. Would you mind sharing more details? Are you able to access the saving screen? What happens when you try to save? Does an error message appear, does the slot not get filled with a thumbnail or anything? Does it seem like you're able to save, but when starting the game anew the saves are gone?
Old saves have disappeared altogether, I started a new game, click to save the cell is filled with gray but it is absolutely not clickable
