OMFG. Okay, after revisiting this and getting stuck again in rollback, I discovered that clicking on the LEFT SIDE OF THE WINDOW is roll back, and the RIGHT SIDE is forward.

So i would love a walkthrough for this game, but using the script.rpy as a pseudo walkthrough i managed to get.

Rachel 2/2 or 1/2 (Choose 1)
Linda 1/2 or 2/2 (Choose 1)

That being said i have no clue how to get Emma 5/5 in episode 1.
EDIT: While checking the script again i think 4/5 on Emma is the best you can get, i think the dev have made a mistake since the only way to get 5/5 would be if you could do option 2 and 3 at a point in the game. Both options give +1 but you can only choose 1 and i think he counted both.
