I've lurked a lot but I was wondering if someone could help me with their experience. In return I've also compiled a list of many of my notable plays that might help others with ideas. I've played quite a few adult games by now but as many experienced users of this forum know, project abandonment and content amount is a common problem. It is very hard coming across a game fitting your fetishes that has a sizeable amount of content.
My top games are:
Lab Rats 2 Modded (2) [Mod] - [Ren'Py] - Lab Rats 2 Mods | F95zone (impregnation/harem/corruption/resource management/nice dialogue/ triggerable events) - honestly it hits all my sweet spots although I wouldn't say the art is my favorite, I can tolerate it. If the art were better this game would probably ruin me for all other games. It's also insanely ambitious because the foundation has so many options and the mod team is amazing. Probably done a full playthrough 3-4 times on this.
Love & Sexy Second Base (impregnation/harem/nice dialogue/triggerable events) - nice dating sim elements with more realism factors than most adult games. Kind of grindy though. This was probably the only game I ever actually used the cheat to impact the girl stats. Probably did a full playthrough 2-3 times on this.
Haramase Simulator (impregnation/harem/triggerable events) - my main gripe with this one is its lack of dating sim elements. Full playthrough 2-3 times.
Incubus City (real porn/impregnation/triggerable events/harem) - this one was a surprisingly good since the choices you make lead to very interesting results. It isn't like a "if you did A, B happens, if you did C, D happens" It's more like, you have 7 different things that could give you +corruption and you need a certain amount of corruption to trigger X event. Or you need to impress X amount of women with good sex to unlock Y event with some other experienced woman. Also very short and there are "boosts" that allow you to do different playthroughs. ie you can start the game as a hypnotist, a married man, a school teacher, an emperor, a god, etc. My only gripe with this game was it had DARKER content (slavery, murder, etc) but ALMOST ALL are avoidable regarding the girls. I've played through this game probably 40++ times (it's relatively short) and murdered 0 women. There are some women you end up mind-breaking though, so that is kind of a turn-off and I avoid their stories in future playthroughs. I honestly really enjoyed the stat system in this game, the impregnation tally, and the triggerable events (and endings!)
Simple Days (impregnation/Nice Art/harem) - I like the sex interaction options that open up when you spend time with the girls and I feel out of the 5, this game is the most graphically appealing (although I'm not a fan of his Asian girl design - huge wasted potential). The content doesn't feel anywhere near as fleshed out as the above 4 though. There are a lot of days where you're literally just doing nothing so even though it has a respectable amount of content, it feels like it has less content than it actually does.
Breed Town 1 (impregnation/harem) - short and sweet. The ending was also very nice. Played through 2-3 times.
Milf Saeko (impregnation) - short and sweet. Oddly enough this shouldn't even be in my top games but I think it got lucky with the character design since all his other games were a miss from me. The sex interaction was also very nice. I made it my quest to discover all her dialogues through trail and error. Played through 30+ times
Honorable mentions would be:
Holiday Island - my main gripe with this one is it doesn't seem to have impregnation but that makes sense considering the premise
Summertime Saga - my main gripe with this one is the art. I'm actually fairly lenient when it comes to the visuals as shown by my top games but this art is not my cup of tea. And the dialogue/expositions/story/erotic situations were nowhere near enough to compensate. I also wasn't a huge fan of the MC
Manila Shaw Blackmail's Temptation - my main gripe with this one is it's 1 main heroine and I prefer the variety of multiple women. I guess it stems from me preferring to play as a male MC
SHELTER - i felt it lacked content. Art barely met my preferences. I felt the ambition was to create a sort of resource/city management scenario but didn't really see the benefit nor execution.
Fate of Irnia - i felt it lacked content. Art barely met my preferences. I felt the ambition was to create a sort of resource/city management scenario but didn't really see the benefit nor execution.
Becoming a Rockstar - really like the art in this. Main gripe is the lack of impregnation and the pretty linear story.
The Company - a little grindy and it has some content I'm not a big fan of (Gay/Futa/Trans). I've actually played through this game 4-5 times surprisingly but the developer was developing more of the female MC story than I cared for (you can play as male MC or female MC)
What a Legend - great art. Oddly enough I'm not sure what my main gripe is. I think it's the lack of dating sim element. It's more like a "do random task and bang the girl". Also the old lady part was kinda gross. Also lack of creampies. The blonde widow was hot.
Milfy City - couldn't stand the MC. Art is good though. Can't say the same for the story/characters.
AOA Academy - my main gripe is no impregnation and not enough content. Art is nice though.
Peasant's Quest - Goblin girl was not my cup of tea. Giantess also not my cup. The monsters you capture also not my cup. Hobbit also not my cup of tea. But other than that I like that you can adventure around and leave babies everywhere. Also good amount of content.
Struggle with Sin - I don't recall there being actual pregnancy. Some talk of it. The graphics also started out a little rough but I think he smoothed it over a little. The quests also feel a little less intuitive than I'd like (more walkthrough dependent). I do gloss/skip over his sex with his master.
Lust Harem - not enough content. The "comedic relief" is a little too annoying.
Breed Town 2 - a little too grindy for my taste compared to Breed Town 1. I actually liked the girls better in 1 as well, surprisingly.
A Life Worth Living - nice art. Too much focus on swinging for my liking.
Snow Daze - not enough content.
Lab Rats 1 - short and sweet but it could have had a little more content. I guess that's why I like the sequel so much.
Waifu Academy - since the story is linear you have to skip through the girls you don't like to reach the ones you do. The feeling is stronger in this game because this has some characters I really liked and some I really didn't. Redhead milf and idol was probably my fave (thankfully she had quite a bit of content) while I did not like the dojo and photographer girl at all.
Once in a Lifetime - solid game. Nothing that really bothered me in this game. Some parts were a bit scary. The humor was nice with the Mike character.
Charao Life - not enough content. This would actually be a really good game for me if there was more content. It actually had a really nice foundation for a dating sim. The puke fetish kinda turned me off though. Smell fetish was kinda bleh
A Zombie's Life - not enough content and no impregnation if I recall properly. The grind also felt high on this one. I guess I lied earlier, I cheated in this game too.
Farmer's Dreams - I don't recall any pregnancy content. Also my favorite girl wants MC dad instead of MC. Main gripe was the grind. I think this is why I liked the Renpy Version (Love Season) more
Luke's Way - art is ok. Some of the character designs are really great. I think the story was lacking.
Pale Carnations - not enough content and no impregnation if I recall properly. In fact I think this game had a pretty low amount of creampies in general.
Dusklight Manor - nice art. Parts of the story didn't make sense to me. Not enough creampies so the future of pregnancy content looked bleak. I think ghost girl, model, and slayer were my fave girls (and the vampire ofc)
Succumate - pixel art! Very perverted dialogue. Story is kinda intriguing and funky despite pretty low content. Favorite was the milf and the neighbor. I actually hated all the interactions with the succubus lol. The twist ending was interesting too.
Summer Memories - pixel art! Very perverted dialogue. Favorite girl was actually the candy store girl but I didn't really care for any others. I've probably replayed the Candy Store girl scenes 20+ times
Treasure of Nadia - art is extremely well done however I feel the movement isn't smooth and I feel there's a huge lack of creampies. Also, like Waifu Academy there are some characters I really liked and some I did not. The redhead adventurer, the librarian, and the rich bitch were probably my favorites with everyone else (including the MC) kinda bleh. MC was so cringe I think I would have preferred playing as his photographer friend or the lighthouse guy instead.
Zenos Anthology - very nice art. Honestly this is a really optimistic prospect. Just lacks content for the time being and the sex interaction options are still very simple.
Motherless - nice art. Liked the girls. Some cringe content like the old woman. Not a big fan of the story either.
University of Problems - nice art. Liked the girls. Somehow felt lacking in content.
Echo of Lust (Lust Theory) - nice art. Interesting story. I thought the humor was kind of nice too and the Easter Eggs were interesting. I think the main thing I didn't like was its lack of eroticism (maybe because the setting is all still 1 day so it's not like you can exactly go far in your relationship developments)
Taffy Tales - actually pretty nice art and erotic situations sometimes. I liked the "religious friend" and the rich girl's mom the most. The MC's split personality really turned me off though.
Breeder's Haven - resource management and impregnation. I wasn't a big fan of its lack of dating sim. It was like a Haramase Simulator but less sex
Desert Stalker - nice art. Not enough content. I think there's also no impregnation.
Gift of Phallus - had more sex interactions than half the games out there. But it was only text and no impregnation if I recall correctly.
Sand Storm - nice art. I need to finish this one. Didn't have any impregnation from where I had reached.
My Legacy - short and sweet. Pretty funny. The girls weren't very great for me. Milf was probably my favorite but only because she was a milf.
Wish Paradise 2 - very good art by Kidmo. it's a candy crush type of game with some short animation and dirty talk at the end as a reward. short and sweet. easy for replay. did I mention Kidmo art is damn amazing? Favorite was probably the first girl and the blonde.

Story is more important than art usually and I love erotic situations. I think this is why a game like Breed Town scored so much higher than say... Motherless. Motherless had great art but the eroticism felt a lot more vanilla to me.
I'm hesitant to play Lust Epidemic / Genesis Order since Treasure of Nadia was a pretty big disappointment.
I also haven't found any "great" brothel games since they typically lacked story / unique characters.
Harem Hotel and Public Sex Life were both OK but when I last played them, neither had any pregnancy content.
I'll probably give the Era games a look
