I think "Beauty and The Thug" might meet your requirements, but I can't guarantee it because I've never played the game. I only saw some reviews and a few pictures.

Have you already played Vitamin Quest? Also, Double Melon games feature heroines that start off as exhibitionists and become debauched very quickly. I'm not sure if it exactly fits the criteria, but Acerola's Collete might also be right up your alley. She's the 'cum collecting alchemist'. I haven't played it myself, but Futanari Alchemist Tris could also work.
