So after coming back to this game from playing others finally figured it out. Ending 4 unlocked when I finally reached 60% total achievement rate.

JP guide says that to get her in heat state you have to get only pink hearts from touching, not yellow, not purple, only pink ones
So try to interact with every girls bodypart until, at some point, heat mode unlocks
Lust mode unlocks same way, just after she entered heat state
Fear state might be broken, someone in the thread said that they tried grinding blue hearts and nothing happened, JP guide also says that you need to grind blue hearts
Overall this game might be bugged and broken in many aspects, especially if you use uncensor mod

man i really hope that's not true to get her into heat because god damn is it hard, any tips?
I got her in heat and lust state several times, now listen: heat, lust or fear state seems to apply only on next day after you did all of the requirements
BUT buddy you really don't want it, all changes these mood states do is 2-3 repetative reactions in groping stage

so how to get to heat state exactly? i've been checking the messages, but i'm seeing conflicting information

I'd like to add my own experience in regard to the three states:
From the start of the game, the easiest one to reach should be Heat and Lust state
Just grind pink heart as much as you can, especially if you already got Time Stop.
Change places you play with once yellow heart appear.
Keep repeating it and soon you'll get her into Heat/Lust state.
I forgot which one comes first, but these two states buildone another up: you must unlocked one first before you can get the other.
Now, about fear state.
Like many has said here, all you need is just grind your way through the blue hearts.
However, if you already unlocked Heat/Lust state, this WILL take you some time.
For me, it tooks me around 5-6 ingame days (not counting the evening encounter, which counted as another day in the progress).
As for why it takes that long, imagine that the girl has some sort of hidden "Affection level" stat.
When we begin the game, it's at 50%, and both Heat/Lust state (after unlocking both), will make this "stat" at 100%.
To gain fear, you MUST bring this down all the way to 0. And each blue heart only brings microscopic value of this "stat" down, while Pink increases it, Yellow does not affect anything and Purple decrease it even so slightly. So the progress is pretty stacked against us.
So yeah, be patient, grind your way out, and eventually you'll get there.

im sorry but i have a problem opening the game, when i do sure the game run but after show the intro this turn white and nothing happen... what should i do?

Well unless you have a user named "*" on your computer that's not surprising. The "*" is a placeholder that you replace with your actual Windows user name. I'm not the OP but I still think that was pretty obvious."windows can't find anything like C:\Users\*\Documents\LoopTrain"
