Hi buddy gabich69 , The Masseur Part 1 is already completed on month of August itself. I think it has 100 pages in total, but no one leaked it. Now latest comic Alpha Part 4 is also completed !

What is the matter? Is every comic of this developer two comics with two separate paths? Or are these additional renderings other than the main story?

Most likely, those are different tiers and the same content is released to the lower tiers a few days after the higher tier.
