You already can with some of them. Usually the ones worth revisiting in an 'adult' game.
It's just a matter of giving them the appropriate secondaries again.
And that goes quickly in the late game, when your skills are maxed.

So. I view VN's to gaming the same way I view Sesame Street to Television. Only entertaining if you're a child or a simpleton.
I find VN's boring, unrewarding, and usually poorly written. If however you are a child or simpleton, I'm not stopping you from going out and playing all the VN's on this website. You'll be thouroughly entertained by holding CTRL past all the bad dialogue, just so you can get to some poorly rendered pictures of boobs. But That is not my cup of tea, nor many others here as well. Some people like to earn thier porn. If they didn't, they wouldn't be playing an adult game. They'd just watch video's on pornhub.

OK so there's no option to move gina to hot and bothered if lust is too high. I got her lust to exactly 50 and then it appeared.
I mean there's no option (circle-arrow button) to change the AT during the massage event and it doesn't change automatically so I assume I'm missing something.

Are there specific topics I need to use to raise the perverted stat on the mom? Porn/blowjob topics don't seem to do anything, I've also tried penis pops and bra enhancers and not sure they are doing anything either. She seems locked at 31% not sure if bugged or what.
