So i still have 3 acts remaing in episode 1 but nothing show up, the skip button just skip til the weekend and ask if i want to continue the event that ends the episode.

Yep. Anal is more difficult to make look good in Koikatsu as the body models don't support it in the same way as vaginal. But I have a few hacks I've picked up from other people that I'm confident will look good.

And I want an internal view for cumshots and stuff like that. A lot of the sex stuff is meant to look similar to actual hentai mangas or whatever. You can tell I experimented with that in the latest Kumi act, having two camera views in one animation... It looked... alright.
Mate if you add a this internal view thing, please make it optional.
Personaly i find these internal view in hentai very disgusting.

Huh, this was a very pleasant surprise. Some more frequent updates and this could be amazing.

Question for the dev, is there any reason you opted for a sandbox when the story could just as easily be told linearly?
It's not an egregious sandbox where you have to farm lovepoints or w/e but still curious why it seems to be the preferred method when a sandbox is much more likely to result in missed/disjointed storytelling.

People lost their minds and threatened to kill me over the Kumi kiss and bookclub stuff. So I make acts and characters optional through the sandbox.

I am going to implement a linear mode after 0.3, but it'll basically just be the skip button on steroids. Currently there's no way to miss important storylines, as they're hard-coded with prerequisite acts that you have to view first to unlock. If something seems out of place it's because of a bug in those (like the one I've been helping people with).

The mini-acts/skits or whatever you want to call them are based off of the Tales game skits and I wouldn't really know how to add them in without the sandbox. Just extras for those who care that don't really fit anywhere in the rest of the conversations.

Even though it's just a porn game there's still a very interesting conversation to be had about how to build up meaningful interactions with the characters without putting in "farming" mechanics, and where the line is before it's actually ruining the experience.

I also think I have some good ideas to put in the sandbox that people will legitimately enjoy and isn't just padding the game out.

For example, when I put the beach in I'm going to add an exercise area and you'll have to workout once a week to maintain your body or it'll deteriorate and affect your relationships. Also I've been meaning to add in a corner store, and you have to go buy random things like wine or chocolates to trigger certain acts. Naw, just kidding.

That said, everything is an ongoing experiment. And I enjoy reading the feedback on what works for you vs what misses.

Thank you for the past. I usually do not mind sandbox, if there is enough content without being grind. Keep up the great work. When should we expect version 0.3?

I played through the 2.5 update. Some thoughts:

If I'm being brutally honest, I feel like this has kind of taken one step forward and two steps back. Please do bear in mind, I was massively supportive when you released the previous update. Read this in the spirit of constructive criticism.

There are gonna be some spoilers below, FYI.

The #1 issue, hands down, has not changed - you've got to put out these releases faster. Like, much faster. It was almost a year from the demo to the first version. There was a lot of discussion about this, and you said you were working on getting things better streamlined so you could release things sooner. Then it took... again damn near a year, to get to the next major update.

These releases simply don't contain enough content to justify that timeline. We are now... 2 years from when I first played the game, and the MC has gotten one BJ from a side character (the nurse) and a footjob from ONE of the LIs. And that's about it. For most of the LIs, he has maybe hugged them or like touched their legs or butt for a few minutes. With some of them, literally nothing has happened yet. This would be fine for the second chapter, if we were getting a chapter every couple of months. At the every year pace, it's just too slow man - people are moving on and forgetting about this game. To be clear, I think the pacing of the game would be just fine... if the releases were coming out a lot faster. Those two things kind of have to be in sync.

Overall the content (which is 99% just story advancement via conversations) is decent. I continue to enjoy the character's personalities and antics. But again, particularly with the snail's pace development track we are on, you are gonna have to get some more action happening, people will get bored of just endless talking talking talking and no fucking happening, when they waited about a year for the update.

The focus on Noboku really struck me as odd. We just kept coming back to her storyline... dude I just don't care about her at this point, you already fuckin killed her off before we had any chance to get to know her! The time to tell her story was before she got sucked down to hell or wherever it is, for the serpent to torment her. This strikes me as a really contrived attempt to like, tell a story through flashbacks just for the sake of telling a story through flashbacks, which in my opinion is massively overdone nowadays. The way you did this in other places was fine - like Haya having a little flashback remembering why she got her haircut. But the whole situation with Noboku is strange, you did not get the players invested in her character before killing her off; now any emotional investment in her feels wasted since we already know she's screwed.

There were a lot of wasted opportunities too. For example, early on we have a sleepover scene with a bunch of the girls staying over the MC's home. What happens? ...Nothing. Now, I could see this as just foreshadowing like OK cool maybe this will become a thing, they will be over there again in the future and more things could happen. But when? At that rate we are going, I guess maybe we can hope for an update with something like that in... 1-3 years? Similarly with the bartender, how many scenes were there of them hanging out and drinking and yet... nothing happened between them.

Do you see how big of a problem the slow releases are yet? It's fucking up everything. If you were dropping releases every 1-3 months, a lot of these things would be fine - but knowing that it's probably going to be another year before we see the next one kind of sours the whole perspective/outlook of the player.

Also worth noting, nothing further happened with Mei. WTF man? Last time there was a lot of sexual tension, she straight up sat on his lap and tried to masturbate... and then that's just it? You had the scene where they watched a romantic movie together, but nothing happened. Like, they each went to bed after. The fuck???

IMHO - you need to sit down with your team and set the expectation that this has got to be a bigger commitment than a couple of hours here and there on the weekend.

I had to restart the game (it's been a while since I played and apparently something changed that forces it) and I certainly remember now why I dislike Momo and Aomi so much. The truth is, I wouldn't feel bad if they both ended up eaten alive by the snake that appears at the beginning of the game (although seeing it would be especially unpleasant, knowing it happened is the nice part), or in any other cruel way. As I said, not needed to see it, only to know that it happes.

Took me a while to get around to writing, or even playing through this time due to obligations. I kind of like the story driven arcs with H scenes being secondary.

Absolutely loved seeing Keiko's room, and while the others I hope will get their own someday she definitely has the most flushed out personality assigned to her to deserve it.

I thought we would get more content with Aomi but I'm ok either way. I can see the direction it seems to be going and I'm happy with it.

Glad people are starting to like Keiko. I was not sure how to write her at all originally and she's given me by far the worst writer's block.

Making the rooms was a real pain in the ass.

I've read this update having another Keiko in voicechat, was pretty fun. She really fits her archetype, but this archetype was initially too cryptic for me

I bet. She's deceivingly complex. Anytime you have a character with a strong interest gotta research it because you get something wrong and real world fans can call you out.

Appreciate the more real feel to the progression of the interactions this far. They feel evolved and not forced by plot points.

Uh, I see this was updated today... but it's same same 0.2.5 version I grabbed in June. Or so it seems.
Was there some update that just didn't warrant a version change? Or did I miss something totally obvious?
