First of all, the most important info:
0.06 will be online early next month. I'm sorry that I won't be able to get it done earlier. Still, I'm quite close, in fact, if I leave out a few "features" and reduce the render-quality it might even be possible to get it done this month. Still, I decided not to "polish" the game while doing a marathon (again) and stepping back with the render-quality is something I want to avoid.
I'm aware that I'm slow compared to the real Devs out there, but working on the project every day since 0.05 kinda showed me that obtaining efficiency is not only a matter of being organized and disciplined, it's also something I need to learn and develop over time. Also before LaS I was a lazy-ass student without any responsibilities... so yeah... this is new to me XD.
Nonetheless, I'm thankful for everyone to support me on my shaky first project. Looking back I definitely rushed creating games, since I was so impatient and excited. But I can't change that now, all I can do is improve as fast as possible.
Besides working on LaS I also spend a good amount of time on learning new tools and software. My goal is to have fewer barriers while visualizing scenes I have in my head. Also being able to utilize standard industry tools obviously could be beneficial in the future.
Enough boring stuff about me now some info on 0.06.
Besides advancing the story-line, 0.06 also has the goal to make LaS more user-friendly and accessible. I sat down looking at my "problems" list and tried to find solutions to get rid of those. I'm not talking about design decisions which are based on one's taste (like the sandbox), I'm talking about improvements most people would perceive as one.
A big issue LaS is currently having is the lack of "hot" stuff. While I still want to keep a realistic relationship development, there are still many ways to get the MC into some action earlier. Btw, that's the stuff my hot veqvidia is rendering right now

Utilizing side characters the right way
Well, for me side characters were initially a way to offer more variety to have fun with, but since I strictly follow a "realistic" relationship pace I kinda ignored the opportunities to offer more fun early on. Also "realistic" does not necessarily mean slow, it simply has to make sense. It's e.g. not very likely that you all the sudden have sex with your roommate/landlord on day 1 after coming back home, but depending on the personality/motivation things can get "hot" real quick.
But before you start to think that 0.06 is packed with tons of sex, no it's not, but I tried to add more spicy stuff to the new and older scenes.
Naughty fantasies
Something that kinda got lost over time, was to have more hot dreams for the MC. He possibly is a perv so why not have more pervy dreams? In the beginning, I was able to remind myself doing so but for the later updates, I kinda forgot about it. What you can take away from this is that events will more often call for a dream-scene, which could potentially have some fun stuff included. I hope this is enough to keep you "warm" before finally make the character you are dating with completely yours
