Welp. Even if he stops working on it for now while he gets his stuff together, I really don't mind, he had one hell of a story in place and passions don't die off easily so I believe he will most certainly come back to work on it when he feels better about his circumstances. Fortunately there are other games we can enjoy in the meantime.

He hasn't abandoned it, he had a lot of life issue and he's trying to put his life in order.
But i don't think we'll see much of him before this summer at least.

Still, i am worried he will make one last update in a few months doing the sister route and becky..like it was supposed to and abandon it..:/. Hopefully i am wrong, but he seemed burned out. This game of his a huge amount of work, just the model..

Honestly, this is a fantastic game and If the Dev needs time to get his life together I say more power to him. Real life > hobby. Every damn time. I'd rather he be able to find a fun balance to his life again then give up on it and do something you cant take back.

As long as your alive, you have hope Veqvil. Keep going, keep striving to better your circumstance and you'll get there. If/when you are in a better place and consider picking this story back up, we will be here for you. Thank you for all the effort and time you put into our erections. I hope your well.

@veqvil Yeah, there are ppl who lost everything, even their limbs or other body parts, and there are ppl who are afraid that they dont study as they should and fail their exams and fall into depression...

Whatever the case, life is indeed a bitch. Hey man, if you feel depressed, think of a thing that can place you on the right track. That thing could be, as an example, the fact that you inspired so many ppl with your project, ppl that support your work and what you do. As for me , you are an example of a great developer ! Dont feed depression cause in the blink of an eye , you could lose so much time that you could have done something amazing , and life is short, you have to enjoy it as much as you can but at the end of the day, never forsake yourself.

When you're depressed, you need to be around people that care about you that you can be with IRL.
Some people might suggest therapy (but that's expensive) - it certainly helped me with my anger issues.
Whatever Veq needs to do to get his life back together, he should do exactly that. I've seen a lot of developers let their life take a back seat to the project. I don't want that to happen to Veq.

lets all hope for the best... it would be such a waste of a good story idea... you don't find many adult games that focus mainly on story instead of being just overglorified porn collections...
i hope vequil gets back on his feet soon... i'm kinda curious if the MC gets to kill duke... i hope so...

I've heard he's gone quiet on discord and it's patreon only. It's probably for the best that he distance himself from everything for a while to get himself back on the right track.

i dont believe it will happen soon, all those months he was just forcing himself to work on it ...im guessing it took huge toll on him and now it hurts me to say this but i dont count on quick comeback. he will be back when he will be ready if ever.
best we can all do is to give the guy a break and stop bothering him

I agree with you. already passed it, but was disappointed in this game. I liked the game very much, but it’s the end of the most interesting place. And as I understand it, there will be no continuation
