They've been banning incest for a few years now (it can still be found there, but if you get snitched on they will probably tell you to change your story to remove it if not ban you right away). They pretty much do whatever Paypal tells them since a sizeable chunk of their users blindly use that as payment, and PP banned all adult content in their payment system just last month (hence the rumors), but obviously your call.
