I do feel like the dev should just say Rina is a loli. She doesn't look like she would be the same age as the player like it says. Also s the story that her dad raped her, that's all I've gathered so far?

You get the point though, she isn't the same age as the player and it should be changed in dialog to show that.

Don't take it so hard.
At F95, Patron, etc. : In sex games all humanoids who have sex must be at least 18 years old by law. So Rita is written (with a safety margin of 2 years) as 20 years old. So leave it at that and don't complain. Because the developer must comply with the theoretical minimum age of 18.
Hana is written as 35 years old. Suppose she got pregnant when she was 20, 21, 22 .... Well, you can think for yourself what is meant by this.

In my experience on this site, F95 has allowed 14+ characters without trouble while the rules for younger have been inconsistent at best. But yeah, Patreon is another story entirely.
So far I am enjoying the game though.

Do you remember the development of MaoSama? The first part was temporarily blocked un F95. And was allowed after splitting into a censored part and a foreign LEWD patch. But, now, this Lewd patch is also censored.

Yep, that is one of the many inconsistent cases involving characters under age 14 on here.
