What a great review. I thought maybe I missed something in this game when I skimmed through all that pile of text, but no the explanation for all crap just "childhood trauma". "Pseudo deep story", you couldn't have said it better.

Well, I like dissecting stories and the writing, so dont get me wrong I do think the author get some stuff right, some stuff he almost get right and some stuff he simply misses by a mile.

I am more concerned when players stop at a surface level and miss glaring points of the dynamics happening, so I try to point them out.

I also don't mind the childhood trauma, it is a sort of an ok depiction of it, in the end it is a porn game with a bit of a misleading synopsis: "NTR for people that hate NTR" but the author definitely put more effort than most.

I sadly have to agree on the pseudo-deepness of some.parts, Lacey trying to be "poetic" in the whale shark dialogue and the subsequent sex scene (if you so choose), the overuse of trauma and some jesus christ level dialogues mostly coming from MC.

One of the biggest sins on an overall engaging story is definitely Lacey's depiction.
On a surface level she does seem to care but if you pay attention none of the dialogues actually lead to growth, the actions even less so.

How great it would have been if we saw Lacey actually connect and care, and no aknowledging the "old rules" does not count because it leads to MC suffering again.

The second sin is MC agency, he is treated like a little child by mostly Lacey and Mia,, Jeanette does it.too in one occasion.
For example Mia forces MC to compliment Lacey's slut dress used for Jared parties, Lacey essentially holds his hand pushing him into cuckoldry and MC simply nods and comply.

Again how great would it have been if MC actually was directly engaged in his future, or got angry sometimes and let.his emotions come through? Reading about cheast pain x1000 times is a bit weak, it loses impact.

The entire narrative and events are led by Lacey, MC only reacts and it is a shame because it makes MC the least interesting character and brings him to usual NTR MC levels that instead of blaming his dick size he blames his emotions and jealousy, the dynamic is the same.

Make.him blow up sometimes, show us this "dark side", people who can only be kind are weak, people who chose to be kind despite themselves are strong.
This would have been a great MC, still damaged, still weak to Lacey, still insecure but with a worthy character.

Anyway, what I wanted to say is that if my posts sound harsh it is because I think the author almost struck gold, and the story really.interest me.

Correct. They went out from work (and yes, the new collegue and his gf drop her off and yes he leaves a bote on the door), she is pissed with the way 'he' replied but in reality it was Mia she text. What bothered me was the 'way' Mia replied and 'what' she said...little harsh (the way I read it) and that was just never brought up at all. I wondered why Mia replied the way she did, very off-hand, curt and altogether not giving a fuck. Makes me wonder if Mia is at the end of her tether, despite it being her that enabled Lacey's behaviour in the first place.

Christine is not in the circle of friends, and she is attacking mostly Lacey.
It happens literally once, by (at that time) a stranger, on the fact that she blames herself, sure that is mentioned I think twice once in the park and the other in the occasion you mention.
Not really a soul searching process, right?

She admits pushing Lacey to do more and more herself, it is literally stated that it was Mia that "upped the ante", moreover, the documenting is absolutely creepy and predatorial, but I guess the author needed some shock value there.

Mia is ride or die with Lacey,, this is stated quite a lot, even if often she still wants to see her destroy her own happiness or "crash and burn" as mentioned in the game. (Mia is like that I guess).
But she won't leave her side, think about it, she will also join the bikini weekend.

Your graphics card should have 4Gb minimum.

Don't ask me why, but from the data found in this thread people with 3Gb or less were unable to start the game.

This might not be exact as the data sample is limited.

An NTR game with gay content planned? What a strange combination. I would understand if it was for cheating or cuckqueening (or simply a gay couple) but how can it work for a male protagonist and gay content in an NTR game? I think you can only flirt with him for now, but I excluded that LI in my playthroughs.

I don't know, I get what you mean but I met multiple people where the opposite is true.

The real main difference (I found some stats online but they match my experience) is what happens after sex, usually women get more attached and are quicker to develop feelings.
This is also why many NTS scenarios are nice in theory and in games, but don't usually last long IRL.

Incidentally, men statistically suffer more after breakups and infidelity so it all balances out I guess .

But for me it was extremely painful to deal with Lacey's past and the worst part is dealing with the constant stupid things she keeps doing and the (worst)² is at the end of act 1 there is an NTR S, which even though it is optional, left me afraid of what will come in act 2.
Never has a game affected me as much as this one, it took me 2 weeks to get back to normal and even then I sometimes get distressed when I remember certain parts.
I simply devoured the game in this act 1 like no other I've ever played, but please author, if there is any NTR S, T, U, V..., make it OPTIONAL, please, I need to play act 2 and have a positive outcome path for MC and Lacey. And my psychiatrist wanting to inject me with ketamine... I don't want it even if it's for free !

I can definitely share the general feelings with you, act 2 is supposedly going to be a redeeming arc, where Lacey finally stops acting like a spoiled child with the impulse control of a toddler.
I guess the author will keep the NTS alive, he's dropped hints here and there that MC is now enjoying the act, which I always felt it was completely out of place, BUT he also dropped the hint that it will be probably completely optional (slutification/bimbofication choice describes that).

Look it is such an interesting story that I still think about it sometimes, I even rewrote parts of it to make the MC less spineless while trying to respect the author storytelling and intentions.

I want to be completely serious with you on this and I hope my limited english skills do not fail me:

• Ketamine does not work exactly like shown in the game and the dosages given by professionals are way lower than the ones for recreational use, you will be probably dosed with a few mg, while recreationally you would have probably snorted (sorry I lack the technical term) around half a gram or even 1g if you really want to konk out but that is already quite a high dose.
• There is some discussion about the long term/short term side effects of IV or sublingual subministration (the availability rate of the substance for your organism plays a big part), but there are several studies that confirm the benefits of limited dosage of ketamine to actually help depression and suicidal tendencies (stimulus of the hippocampus and all that).
• Lacey level of brain damage is absolutely overstated, the effects on long term use of ketamine on cognitive function are not clearly understood, and even then she would have needed to assume MASSIVE quantities (2.5/3g) for a very extended period of time, we are talking several grams a day/week, which would be not what you would be subjected to, not even close. (I wonder where Lacey found several thousands of dollars a week to fuel her addiction)
• The main side effects of ketamine on cognitive function are related to impulse control (looking for immediate gratification) and sometimes related to working memory / cognitive flexibility (ability to adapt to change), none of these have been registered with clinical dosages.

Actually, don't trust this random guy on a porn game site, trust professionals, they are not playing or writing a story, if you are in doubt ask them for studies and let them help you understand what the implications of this choice are.

I hope the story is not going to move to a sissyfication/gay path because I've already blocked the lady-boy path.

Not a doctor or chemist, but I was under the imporesion that ketamin makes you numb, i.e. tranquilizer, maybe combining it with other recreational drugs causes bad side effects, but not into that stuff. I would preffer a path without any excuse other than lust and guilty pleasure.
