Well fuck me, I played it...Dunno how I feel about it yet, got to process some things. I will however talk about some guesses about:

Let me start by saying that I feel extremely vindicated, 99% of what I've written in the past has been on point.
Act 2 has a very different vibe to Act 1, while Act 1 feels more "grounded" with the occasional outrageous thing happening, Act 2 goes full bonkers.
Honestly the parts I've liked the most are the tame ones, they bring a lot of strong emotions without needing any shock value.
The subtle realizations of how nothing will ever be special, nothing will be their own, that MC love language will always be missing a few pages in its vocabulary.
These are pretty powerful, way more powerful than other "shocking" events, because there cannot be a good resolution, no respite, no nice explanation, no big enemy to take down.
MC and Lacey relationship is stripped of the most intimate and loving things, not just sexual and it is final with no chance to come back.
Overall in Act 1 there were some outrageous things happening but with a bit of suspension of disbelief it was possible to get over it because overall it felt somewhat believable.
Bad boss, drunken landlord with grief, Evan etc.
Now we have misterious hackers, a secret activity recuiting people doing deepfakes pointing exactly at our friend group...because yeah.
Now the mental and emotional aspects are leaving too much ground to big bad evils lurking in the background.
Some stories don't need that, you don't need to up the stakes every time, there was already a good set up for further drama with Lacey's (and MC's) "online presence".
The world around them could have been the big bad here.
Remember, if you have to ask for it, then it loses it's value, whether it is love, loyalty or support.
Also I won't disclose what I got from the game files just thoughts devoid of any influence.

I don't like (unavoidable) NTR games but this seems to have all of the things I don't like about them, like unavoidable NTR. If you're going to make an NTR game, you'd be better off making it for people who DO like NTR.

She might be Bartys wife sister she knows that Barty is not a good person reason the person has access to his systems. Knows MMC schedule and ticket to Vegas purchase. Sure some formulaic stuff is there Obsession with BBC or gigantic cocks in general, incompetent MC even if there are reasons, but overall the whole experience is completely different from any game you will find.
I don't like nor play NTR games, I despise the formula and the concept, but L&J is probably my favourite game on here.
There are hard topics being tackled such as mental health and addictions, even if they are not always on mark, they offer a glimpse of these complex characters.
So lets say I agree with you, it is not an NTR game for people who don't like NTR, it is L&J a game so full of themes that kind of trascends the gender tags available here.
Give it a try, if you don't like it you can say I was dumb and wrong.
