What would be her motivation? Because i dont see it. The monster seem keen in protecting MC and keep relationships as they are now, that is not exactly on christine favor. As one of the girls she wants the MC shaking things up would be on her favor.

No, the Monster SAYS it's going to protect the MC - come on, anonymous guardian angel with dirt on his wife? Don't think so. It's Christine. If Christine didn't lie about her past, she also has a motive to hate ketamine and ketamine users, but the real motive would be that Christine is pinning for MC, she wants him all for herself and sees Lacey as a toxic influence on him which is also true. She's way too confident and clever for the girl she pretends to be. Even IF Christine is still somehow in league with Jared, she does it because it serves her own interests. Jared got removed out of the picture a little too easily, he backed down a little too fast. So he turned out to be a closet-cuck wanking off the idea of his wife and future being taken by his current nemesis? Nah, foot still in the game. And Christine is knee-deep in it.

I also found the Jared cucking a silly plotline, funny for sure, I understand the power fantasy element of it but nothing more.

If Jared is in the picture he has to be on the side of MC tho, a possible monster candidate with a lot of info from the previous dealings.

That is a very important aspect.

But I have been wondering if that when the MC has a PTSD episode has he potentially developed another personality or something like that and that said personally is acting on his behalf trying to protect him - now I'm not saying he's the monster or anything but could be making moves so to speak

The dev is definitely cooking something up. I wasn't expecting the deepfake thing at all, I was sure it was going to be real.
and this weird I have a different person inside of me that I can't control that Lacey thinks about in her head also seems to mean that it was real. Because she's convinced it was the other her that did it, whatever that means and that probably means that "other her" still comes out and does things and probably has done things recently, but Lacey in Lacey fashion doesn't tell her man anything and still thinks it's better to keep him in the dark. bro needs a collar and a leach for her.

And if she wanted lacey out of the picture, why warn him? The deepfake video could be reverse psychology, sure, but warning him about the pimp? that helped Lacey more than anything. If the monster stayed silent, the aftermath of the Pimp plan (last photos plus the K for Lacey) would have been a lot worse, she would have been completely blindsided by the betrayal.

IT was the same video they watched in both. We will have to wait and see. It's interesting to guess who TM is, it could even be Waterston or Wills GF or Winifred is a secret tech wiz. Later, Christine even says, would have been her real voice most likely interlaced with an AI mock up of her voice (very easy to do btw with the right software).

I was about tostart but am mad busy....will leave to you if you're already into it.

I was basically going to do as a close to a realistic timeline as possible (that we can fathom) to get actual dates, but I was going to Star Wars timeline heh...Before Lacey Meet (BLM) and After Lacey Meet (ALM). So like the Battle of Yevin heh. Lacey arriving at the MC's house would ALM 1 and try and construct things as much as we can. Exactly when did she do what....how long between event x and event z etc etc.
