this one hurt 2 read emotionally cuz It went exactly the way I thought it would (him obliviously saving himself 4 her while she gets her back blown tf out by 100 thousand different men) I wish this had multiple endings like him ending the relationship as early as he finds out or just jumping off that cliff and letting them find the aftermath or ending up with Anna writing a book about his life and exposing what kind of girl Lacey was. (this story was definitely "different" just not in a very satisfying way) It wasn't bad I just wish we had more choices other than just "have sex with girl? yes or no"

Good thoughts. Don't agree with all, but so what.
The plotters seem unaware of MC's plans to move. Isaac's house has cameras everywhere. Rooms in Vegas next to each other. Lacey in hotel room while MC's on a date with Anna. Staying at Veronica's house. Or maybe with Bella? The possibilities are endless. Forward

I take my previous words back about liking the game. I have played the game further, its pure NTS (seems unavoidable too). We should have separate tags for NTS and NTR so people would not waste their time.
Somehow, the slut managed to convince MC that he need to become a cuck to "fight his jealousy over her past" and that he need to "understand how her brain works". Utter crap. His jealousy over her past would not be a issue if she just told him that past is past, stopped to lie to him constantly and didn't give him reasons to be jealous in the present. Yes, it is that simple. And her "brain works" are just polite words to her desire to sleep around (really, what else could she mean by that?). MC's whimpers that "No! You'll leave me if you sleep with someone!" are just pathetic. Of course she will, because cheating wife should be kicked out of the home! The reason not to a agree are simple: healthy male does not want to share his woman. That's, it. Pure biology. And MC mentioned that he does not want to share, and she admitted that there it nothing she could said against that. Why he did not pressed the argument is beyond me.
The fact that MC let the mentally unstable girl talk himself into something obviously stupid... It's utterly break any shred of immersion left. Pity. The start was kind of good.

Well as much as I joke around here, I have to admit the writing IS pretty good. It's not hopping from one sex scene to another, there is a lot of drama and manipulation. Don't like the former, but love the latter. I want nothing more than to break Lacey's mind and turn her into a filthy manipulating slut who cheats on her husband every chance she gets to help her cope with her own trauma. I never praised Act 1 Lacey per se, I might have defended some things like her fucking the dude in the Jealousy date, sure it is manipulative but MC lets her do it somewhat.
Lacey in act 2 is a VERY different beast, all my usual criticism of her is there how she abandoned MC because she wanted to, how now she is just an addict with addict behaviour etc but she acts differently now which is even juicier for me, because no matter how much she tries to be a nice little wife, her past is so damaging that their relationship has nothing to offer MC besides putting bottles of wine in her ass.
Now what I think Lacey is referring to, is the addicted and blitzed Lacey, if we want to be super negative maybe the Lacey that smiled during the gangbangs, she tells us she didn't like most of it, she was doing them for Mia and she was happy when she could please her.
Buit I am more inclined towards the addict part of herself, might be wrong tho.
Now for Barty
Barty way of talking is difficult to reconcile on how familiar voice talks to Will at the cafe, Barty was very apologeting to MC during act 1, he never lies and always keeps his promises, he also help MC with some video of Jared.
It would be very inconsistent to what happens in act 2, already fucking in MC living room is weird and difficult to reconcile.
Barty didn't send the video.
We also know Barty has some new employees, employees that know Anna and Mia, that know Erica and most of all know about Lacey's oral fixation, these are pretty personal things and while Barty could know Anna and Mia it is difficult to see how he could know the other 2 things.
The recording of Lacey's voice also doesn't match on what she told us and how Barty apologized, like, they got together a couple of times, on the last one he tried to push himself on Lacey, she told him no and sent him on his way.
He then came back to apologize mulltiple times.
Where do we put that Lacey knew he was recording her and saying hurtful things to the point she cried?
To be frank I think this Barty thing is flimsy story wise it feels glued on as a last resort to find drama, not a fan.

So glad this game got an update, I think it's a great story a bit fucked up but good in so many ways, lots of interesting characters but I do think the MC could use some therapy but who knows maybe talking to Dianne will help as she is someone who doesn't know what really happened between the MC and Lacey yet and in the cafe she nailed Lacey almost to a tee.
