There are quite a few bosses and even regular monster that drop them regularly (Pokkuru and Gesunakko in the Evil Temple Boskol have a 1/12 chance of dropping Add speed, Luck, Life and Guard). Just get accesories to increase drop rate (Renowned Nun, Gambler clothes, Netsuke Shield, Luck Soul, etc...) and fight them. Some can also be stolen as well from bosses (In the first dungeon, Goa Pincer has a chance of having add guard, for example). There are many other examples...

Kitani plains if i remember well, one is nearby of the child missions, the othe i think is near on masked castle, sorry if i am wrong

Those point you get defeating the skull face in the dungeon that you get the portait you fight it when ever you want just need to have the item that request
And that girl in the moment dont have scenes at least i domt see them on pictures folder

Animated similar to LLMB:X (I would say 2 or 3 frames per scene), though obviously LLMB:X has more detail and quality.
Apart from NTR scenes, I believe pretty much everything was translated. Haven't played the last couple of versions though.
is this game netorase or netorare or both? do you get the option of prostituting the heroines? that the original have the trainer and ntr tags but no prostitution tag.
