I believe the new game uses a new version of RPGM so it should still be hookable with textractor. Try decompiling the game and deleting the rgs file and run textractor off the decompiled exe that is running.

-if its heavily compressed=use any RPGMV extractor on it & then use the menu tool on the extracted file or textracor

The third one is a NTR scene. In Odeia, go to the tavern. There's a person called Toland there. If your buddy has a high enough lewdness, then you can prostitute her to him. That specific scene is only available to see on the second time and after. Also, it's hidden (you're peeping) so you can't see the whole thing immediately.
The fourth one was a NTR groping scene. I think it only occurs with your buddies
For the first one to happen, you need to make quests from Messian HQ, during one of these, you'll have to go to the mansion and talk to rich gilf. If you agree to spend time with her, you'll get an H-scene with her in the bath, if you'll say "no", this scene with her servant will become available,just meet her in Adventure Guild. Yes, you'll have to choose between them. My advice is to use save files and replay that quest, so both scenes will be added to the gallery.
