I assume you mean the underground bathhouse inside the Goddess Pillow Inn (Connie Pleasure District/CPD )
To get there, go to Mad Rock road, and go to the northwest/the path to the left of the inn. Once you've reached the checkpoint, you'll arrive in Erudon Mountain Road. Just follow the path up and take the right fork to reach the CPD

Hello, i wanted to know how do i get some ntr out of Mirei, i married her, i got her lust high, waited a few ingame days and nothing

Yes, fortunately there is.

First scene is as you start the game (Ntr enabled) the chief and his son fuck her (this is not a good scene at all imo).

Then, after you marry her you have to fuck her outside so your Neighbor can see, then leave her at 100 lust and don't go back home for a while (go questing etc), until Nebris is no longer next to his house.

Also as mentioned previously by someone, don't use the home or your key to the home, rather go to connie pleasure district and walk up to your home

Other scene contains bath ntr scene, take her out to the underground bathhouse place and tell her to screw other dudes, thats it for ntr I think.

You have to talk to her and "submit" her inside first, just do her vanilla scenes, then you can go outside and you will be seen by your neighbor.

The most ntr..probably your mother, all of them have almost the same, toland, the bathhouse, vagrants, and the couple (every buddy).

Mom has most ntr scenes, and Kei also has 1 or 2 more where she is raped. Also there are some more characters with 1 ntr scene at most

I also would appreciate it if anyone could share how to progress with the prince and princess storyline events. After getting the mansion I've been stuck on those two things.

You have to go to the Rose Garden Inn (Odeia region), and wait for Analsia to be the performer. Once she is the performer, pay the fee and go in. Once you have seen her AT LEAST ONCE, go out and wait for someone else (anyone except Analsia) to be the performer, she'll have a chance to be sitting right there with a star above her head like other buddies. Is this supposed to be the quest where you get to avange your murdered Father? its seems to be big part of the story but somehow i never get to that point in the game. it says the dev finished the game, so it has to be there

Well, i just tested it. I first invited Kei to the mansion then married her. When dissmissed she said she'd be going back to the mansion but actually went back to the other house i owned since she's now a wife. Despite that i could still summon her into the mansion bath for a harem scene even though she technically live somewhere else...It's weird .

I don't remebler exaclty what you needed to do, but you can check Holly's quest book (in your inventory) to get infos about it.

It pretty much just says 2/3 Done - click Zhou's Work and it just says "Do whatever zhou needs you to do" or something like that.

Ah, I remember it now, I needed to check the wiki, too :

Jao's work

1	Bring the "Book of Holy Milk" from the library on the second floor of the "Messiaen Party Headquarters".	Go up the stairs on the east side of "Messiaen Party Headquarters".
2	Give the "Book of Holy Milk" to "Jao".
3	Get "Holy Milk" from Horny.	The event progresses by talking with "Knight who knows Horny's whereabouts" of "Messiaen Party Headquarters".
2	Give "Holy Milk" to "Jao".	No matter which option you choose in conversation, you will be robbed.

At the Messaian party HQ, there's a book upstairs, bring it back to Zhou. After that, You'll need to get the holy milk from Holly by going to the underground part of the HQ, and bring it back too.

It's an event. I don't know the requirement to trigger it, but it starts when you enter the adventurer's guild and a butler asks you to investigate a haunted mansion.
