The primary storyline is finished for Acts VII, VIII, and IX. Droid is now in an intercalary development cycle between Act IX and Act X adding various additional flavor events (lore, quests, sexy scenes...) to those acts.
These new events he is adding won't be in the already released bits of course, but there is no risk of missing out on them.
To see them
1) When Droid releases Act X, play it normally and they will be waiting for you to experience.
2) If you are on Steam, just play the beta. The events are already included in the main storyline in the beta.
its done for the most part but strategically and tactically speaking is far from over until the kingdom events and some missions get updated, you play and run out off kingdom events and side stories so wasted days and weeks that players that do not advance will not loose but those that play will lag 1 or 2 weeks behind!
with that being stated and depending on how many events and side quests droid is planning it might not be a big deal but imho for the story replay ability we should get like 1.5 days worth of kingdom events and side quests to bash in the need to make meaningful choices, limited time and you only get time to finish 66% of the side quests and kingdom events!
Alot like the jenny side story that steals alot of your precious time that could be better used on other stuff (but for the life of me i can never avoid... damm you droid for playing to my weaknesses)
or from what is being presented so far the amount of books provided by Dylan that you can never hope to finish reading before act 3 comes around!
what i mean and thats my psychosis acting up is that a day were the kingdom events are not progressing is a waste on productivity that triggers a very specific sort of OCD i seem to have at uselessness, if its meant to work, its meant to work at all times, all the time, everytime!
but thats just my point of view on how to make the game better and give it more meaning by never having enough time to finish it all forcing people to choose paths and flavors instead of getting it all in one play through!
