Sounds like one of your opponents is an ice golem with an aura effect.

i tried fighting with the mech golem,fire enemies,those ghoul looking ones but i always have 30 ice on me
or is it like if there is a ice enemy behind one of the cards i can still get tht debuf even if i dont fight them?

Yeah, that's relatively new and happens more frequently in the second playthrough of NG+. It's random. Various opponents may start with some ice, fire or poison applied to you. Sometimes they will start with extra shielding or rage applied to themselves. It's just a way to up the difficulty a bit. I think they are called aura's - meaning they have that effect continuously.

1st playthrough (normal playthrough)
Yeah, it's in the "new game+" version of the game.
Basically, all the enemies and upgrades from Book 3 came along; one of those are passive auras, which affect all combats, even if the card is closed.

ohh ok
and 1 more thing, the lvl 8 monster(daemon knight i think) after going into battle with him it doesnt show a model in the battle on the right side above their deck

New Game+ for Book 2's started (so far just 2 new events + some new animations). The basic plan has 4 parts:
- Add a few more animations set up (for example, playing through I got inspired to animate the Molly secretary scene with some light spanking)
- Add a few more sex scenes (some more Kath, at least... we'll see what else)
- Continue adding some additional optional Paths content (continuing Repo Job, some more Gems, etc)
- Book 2 also has a reasonably large quest line (which is the one I'm 2 events into) that only triggers if you've defeated Hel and her siblings in Book 3 before starting a NG+ run.
The first builds on the NGplus branch of Book 2 are already up (and at 40% discount right now, since Morningstar launches in less than a week).
Give it a wishlist here if you haven't already; Wishlists are absolutely critical for getting a good launch.
Book 2 NG+ hype is off the charts...inject it directly into my veins.
EDIT: Also buying Morningstar on the 11th though I don't have any opinions on it as of yet as I haven't played it yet.

so can we play ng+ without doing a normal playthrough or we need to finish normal playthrough first to get access to said more contents?
Yes
So:
- The NG+ builds do offer additional content even for a normal run (more Olivia and Kath events, more enemies, better visuals for things like the path, some additional animations added). These are accessible on a first playthrough, without a book 3 save.
- If you want the specific NG+ events (which shows MC flexing a little) you need to have played the end of Book 3, and start a New Game+ playthrough.
- If you want the 'true' ending, which really kicks off more in Book 2 NG+ than in Book 1 NG+, you need to have defeated Hel and her siblings in Book 3.
