The nudge nudge guy, absolutely. I even had people from Discord writing a song to MC from him, and singing it. You can see it on your computer a couple of days after you're done with him, assuming you didn't threaten to set him on fire.
The Stephen Fry is a lot more subtle, and there's no obvious single line like "nudge nudge, Squire, know what I mean?" to anchor it.
His words are indeed related to the True Ending, and Loki's questline.
ngl I don't know the difference between the true ending and the regular ending lol
'true' ending is only available if you finished NG+ mode, and dealt with the What Was Promised event in Book 2. It adds a couple of new cutscenes to the end of the game.
btw, I've had "capable..." "demagoguery" stuck in my head for a day now lol

When the dev has time, he sometimes updates the standalone versions found here on F95, but these can be quite a few updates behind the Steam builds
A little retouch to the combat system, a lot less porn and this would be a AAA level game, but thank god dev didn´t listen to that because this is great, a game I wouldn´t have played without the porn but I finihed it 'cause of the story

If the question is specific to Book 2 MC (probably) being the reason why this specific Mjöllnir is here, is tasked with ferrying it to its next owner
