He's a trickster god, of sorts. A Coyote-like character, immortal and aware of the multiple realities, but unaligned with any major faction.

The language pattern drew inspiration from this old Monty Python sketch.

In similar manner, Diana's language pattern drew inspiration from Stephen Fry's character in this sketch:

The nudge nudge guy, absolutely. I even had people from Discord writing a song to MC from him, and singing it. You can see it on your computer a couple of days after you're done with him, assuming you didn't threaten to set him on fire.

The Stephen Fry is a lot more subtle, and there's no obvious single line like "nudge nudge, Squire, know what I mean?" to anchor it.

His words are indeed related to the True Ending, and Loki's questline.

The up-to-date game is found on Steam
When the dev has time, he sometimes updates the standalone versions found here on F95, but these can be quite a few updates behind the Steam builds

For starters tenor.gif XD
If your question is generally "Bella does not have a magic pocket/I just don't render it all the time/but for things like going through customs it doesn't magically disappear"

If the question is specific to Book 2 MC (probably) being the reason why this specific Mjöllnir is here, is tasked with ferrying it to its next owner
